TERMS OF SERVICE

1. SERVICE AGREEMENT

Access to EU ORANG E-SERVICES LTD network infrastructure constitutes acceptance of these orbital terms. Service availability is subject to atmospheric conditions, solar flare activity, and maintenance windows.

2. USE RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to utilize our bandwidth for illicit deep-space transmissions, unauthorized network probing, or high-volume spam broadcasts. Violation of these parameters will result in immediate termination of uplink privileges.

3. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

We adhere to strict SLAs (99.9% uptime). However, we are not liable for data loss caused by cosmic radiation events, Kessler syndrome debris impacts, or Acts of God.

4. TERMINATION OF UPLINK

Services may be suspended if payment metrics fail or if operational security is compromised. Accounts are billed on a 30-day cycle unless specified otherwise in your enterprise contract.
